Welcome to CARA Wales, agricultural and rural consultancy and advice. We offer an individual, unbiased and efficient service to help move your business forward.

About Us

CARA Ltd. – or Cymru Agricultural & Rural Advice Ltd. – was formed in 2005 by Wendy Jenkins, Iwan Price and Jonathan Crimes. Wendy was formerly an employee of Stuart Perry Associates, whilst Iwan and Jonathan worked for Promar International.

The retirement of Stuart Perry brought an opportunity to bring together the skills of Wendy, Iwan and Jonathan into a new business. The acquisition of the Stuary Perry business and Promar’s West and South Wales customer base has enabled CARA to start from a solid base and build.

We now employ four further members of staff and cover an area from North of Aberystwyth down to St. Davids and across to Chepstow. Other areas of work are as diverse as PAYE work through to in-depth dairy cow nutrition and fertiliser advice. We specialise in all areas of advice and support to farm and small rural businesses. For a more detailed list of what we offer, look on the services page.

We are currently developing ‘remote consultancy’, meaning that whatever area you are in we are able to provide you with consultancy to match your needs via e-mail. So even if you are outside our present geographical area, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
